After his very successful leading role in Un Refugio para el Amor Gabriel Soto returns to the telenovelas as the lead of Libre Para Amar along side Gloria Trevi. This telenovela will be a remake of Canal Caracols, Los Canarios, a story about taxi drivers.
Emilio Larrosa will be producing and Gloria Trevi will sing the theme song of the telenovela. Filming will begin in February 2013 and will replace Porque El Amor Manda.
