Ivan Sanchez, the famous El Gallego from La Reina Del Sur, joins the cast of La Tempestas produced by Salvador Mejia.
Sanchez and Levy will come face to face for the love of the female protagonist.

Mejia: Searching for the right female lead!

Salvador Mejia will produce La Tempestad that will mark the return of William Levy to the telenovelas.
Mejia might have found his male lead but currently is in the search for the female protagonist. As the producer commented the lead couple is very important and must have excellent chemistry so for him it is very important to find the right actress.

Fernanda Castillo joins the cast of El Senor De Los Cielos

Fernanda Castillo joins the cast of El Senor De Los Cielo that Telemundo will produce together with Caracol and Argos. Filming will begin in January.
Castillo will portray Monica, the main villain, and as the actress expressed it will be a big challenge for her as she has for a long time not portrayed a villain character. She describes her character as a strong woman, with a clod heart and a person who is dominated by her passions.
Also she commented that she is happy to work with Argos Productions for the first time and that this role could be the role of her career.

Los Rey finish filming.

Los Rey, a Tv Azteca production currently on air on Azteca13 will finish filming this week. The telenovela didn't manage to win over in ratings but the actors and production are happy with the critics regarding there hard work. The telenovela is due to end late January or early February.

On a conversation we had on Twitter with the Mexican telenovela writer, Eric Vonn, he confirmed that he is currently writing a new telenovela for Tv Azteca. Sol de Medianoche that Vonn had spoken about in the past is currently on stand by. Until this moment it has not been confirmed if this new telenovela will follow after Los Rey or it will be placed in a different time slot.
